Apply for a payment plan
To enable us to approve a payment plan your vehicle/s must be insured or notified as off road.
You can apply for a payment plan by filling in the form on this page. Before doing so it is important that you read through the conditions that apply to a payment plan.
Conditions
You cannot apply if your debt with us has been referred to a debt collection agency or is being handled by the Swedish Enforcement Authority or a district court. For information on your payment options - please contact us.
A payment plan entails extra costs for you:
- SEK 170 processing fee.
- SEK 60 per month notification and accounting fee.
In your application you specify how much you can pay per month. The amount must be at least one per cent of your total debt, but a minimum of SEK 350 per month. Since there are extra charges for a payment plan, the greater the amount you can pay per month, the lower the total cost will be.
What happens when you have sent in your application?
Sending in an application to us does not mean that your cases are put on hold.
When we have received your application we go through it and make a decision. You receive a written reply as to whether or not we approve your application. If you receive a payment plan we send a notification to you every month, either by post or via Kivra if you have it.
