Large parts of Europe have a common claim notification form for traffic accidents. In Sweden it is called “Skadeanmälan – motorfordon” (Claim notification - motor vehicle).
Order or download the claim notification form from your insurance company. It is advisable to keep it in the vehicle in case you have an accident, especially if you have a collision abroad or with a foreign vehicle.
