Our mission is to contribute to traffic safety, both in Sweden and for Swedish road users abroad.

We have a staff of about 120 at Swedish Motor Insurers (TFF) in central Stockholm. Most of us work in the areas of payment demands and debt collection, law, claims settlement and development of our IT systems.

All insurance companies that are authorised to sell motor third party liability (MTPL) insurance in Sweden under the Motor Traffic Damage Act must be members of Swedish Motor Insurers (TFF). Membership means, among other things, that the insurance companies jointly finance TFF’s activities. In that way people who suffer injury or damage from uninsured, unknown or foreign vehicles are guaranteed help.

We at Swedish Motor Insurers (TFF) process personal data as part of our claims settlement, handling of the motor third party liability (MTPL) insurance charge, premiums, excesses and recoveries, as well as administration of the Road Traffic Injuries Commission.
