Who is responsible for the personal data Swedish Motor Insurers (TFF) processes?
We are responsible for processing personal data concerning visitors. We are also responsible for correct processing.
When you register in our visitor management system you can create an account with the supplier of the system. If you do so it is the supplier of the visitor management system that is the controller for this processing.
Why does TFF process personal data?
Name and contact information in our visitor management system
We ask you to enter your first and last name, email address and telephone number in our visitor management system because in the event of an evacuation or other incident, we need to know who is on our premises.
Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in the security of those on our premises.
Storage period: We retain your name, email address and telephone number for 30 days after your visit and the data is stored during that time on the premises of our subsidiary and processor, Svensk Försäkring Administration AB (SFAB).
Automated decisions
Your personal data are not used for automated decisions.
Where does TFF get your personal data from?
Name and contact information in our visitor management system
You enter your data yourself in the visitor management system. The data consists of first name, last name, email address and telephone number. The person you are to visit may have entered your email address in the visitor management system in advance.
Who can see the personal data that TFF processes?
Only authorised staff at SFAB can access the data.
Who does TFF provide personal data to?
If there is suspicion of a crime or other incident, your name may be disclosed to our security company, a law enforcement agency and emergency services.
We disclose your personal data to the supplier of our visitor management system. Our supplier is a cloud service with storage in Germany and Denmark.
