Who is responsible for the personal data Swedish Motor Insurers (TFF) processes?

We are responsible for processing the personal data of our suppliers, consultants and partners. We are also responsible for correct processing.

Why does TFF process personal data?

We process your personal data in order to be able to purchase products and services and to be able to cooperate on industry-wide issues. The personal data is also processed in order for us to be able to assert any legal claims in the event of breach of contract.

What personal data does TFF have the right to process?

We process the following personal data: name, contact details and title.

Legal basis

Our legitimate interest in purchasing products and services and in being able to cooperate on industry-wide issues.

Storage period

We store our agreement with you until it is no longer needed for the purpose, that is, when the agreement has expired and legal claims can no longer be asserted.

Automated decisions

We do not make any automated decisions when processing suppliers’ or partners’ personal data.

Where does TFF obtain personal data from?

It is you yourself or the company you represent that provides your personal data to us.

Who can see personal data that TFF processes?

Those with us or at our subsidiary Svensk Försäkring Administration AB (SFAB) who need your personal data in order to fulfil our agreement with you or the company you represent.

Who does TFF provide personal data to?

If you are a supplier or consultant, we will disclose your personal data to our data processor MultiNet Interactive AB, which provides contract management systems.

If you have signed the agreement with an electronic signature, our data processor Scrive AB can also see your personal data when providing support.

If you are a consultant, we refer to the information you received when you signed your consultancy agreement with us.
