If you have been invited to participate via a digital service

This is how we process your personal data if you have been invited by us to participate in a video meeting, a digital collaboration room or an electronic signing process, for example.

What personal data does TFF have the right to process?

It is you or your employer that has provided us with your personal data.

Who can see personal data that TFF processes?

Those who participate in a collaboration room or video meeting can see your personal data. Our IT staff can also see your data when they administer a collaboration room.

A small number of people are authorised to administer the electronic signing service and can see your personal data. Our processor Scrive AB can see your personal data when providing support.

Who does TFF provide personal data to?

Services from Microsoft

Our processor and our subsidiary Svensk Försäkring Administration AB (SFAB) provide cloud services owned by the American company Microsoft. For our use of these services SFAB has a sub-processor agreement with Microsoft.

Electronic signing

Our processor Scrive AB can see your personal data when providing support.

Third country transfer

When we use cloud services from Microsoft, information is stored on their servers located within the EU/EEA.

When we process personal data in Microsoft's cloud services, there is a risk that the data will be transferred to third countries.

Personal data may be transferred to a third country if the European Commission has decided that the country ensures an adequate level of protection. On 10 July 2023, the European Commission issued an adequacy decision for the United States. This means that transfers of personal data from the EU to organisations subject to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) can now take place without the need for appropriate safeguards. Microsoft has joined the DPF.
