Who is responsible for the personal data TFF processes about me?
We are responsible for ensuring that the processing of personal data that takes place within our operations is correct, unless otherwise stated. Your employer or client is responsible for the personal data provided about you.
Why is TFF processing personal data about me?
We process personal data about you since you are employed by, or represent, a company that is a party to one of the agreements or a member or representative of one of the contracting parties.
Does TFF have the right to process personal data about me?
We have the right to process personal data about you since we have a legitimate interest in processing data to be able to provide people access to the application and manage authorisations as part of fulfilling a contract with representatives of bus companies and with haulage companies.
In addition, we have a legitimate interest in processing personal data for the following purposes:

Analysis of the use of the application. Processing is necessary in order to develop information disclosure and functionality.

Troubleshooting, logging, development, testing and improvement of the application. The processing is necessary to protect and develop the application.

Production of reports and statistics. Processing is necessary to monitor and evaluate our operations.

Communication and answering any questions. Processing is necessary to provide you with good service.

Processing of personal data that is necessary for effective cooperation between TFF and member companies or other legal persons, authorities, companies or organisations and in order to safeguard the interests of the members.
Which personal data is processed?
We process data concerning name, company, telephone number and email address.
Your personal data has been provided by you, your employer or your client.
Is sensitive data processed?
We do not need sensitive data about you. Examples of sensitive data include judgments in criminal cases, ethnic origin, political opinion, trade union membership, health, sexual life and religious belief.
Who can see personal data about me?
The person at your company that is the system administrator can see your personal data. IT staff at our subcontractor that operate, manage and maintain the system may also see your personal data when troubleshooting, rectifying and developing as well as for help with access to the service.
As a principal rule, we and those to whom we provide data only process your personal data within the EU/EEA.
How long are personal data retained?
We retain your personal data until you, your employer or your client notifies us that you no longer need access to the application.
We check that the data is up to date and correct once a year.
What are my rights concerning TFF's processing of my personal data and how do I safeguard my rights?
You have the right to be informed of the personal data we process about you. If you consider that any personal data is inaccurate, under certain conditions you may have the right to request rectification, erasure or restriction of your data.
