This is how Swedish Motor Insurers (TFF) processes your personal data

Swedish Motor Insurers (TFF) is a cooperation body for motor insurance companies in Sweden and we play a central role in the Swedish motor insurance system. We process personal data as part of our claims handling, handling of the motor insurance charge and administration of the Road Traffic Injuries Commission.

We also process names and addresses of contacts at member companies, which is mainly done by the central staff function, but also by others within TFF. Within the framework of its operations, TFF also cooperates with companies, organisations and authorities. We apply current data protection legislation for all processing of personal data.

Why and how we process your personal data depends on which part of our organisation processes the data.

You can read a description here of how we collect and process your personal data, your rights and how you exercise your rights concerning the personal data we process about you:

I have been involved in a road traffic accident, been a witness to a traffic claim or am included in TFF's records of claims for another reason.

I have received or disputed a demand from TFF.

I have attended training arranged by TFF.

I myself, my employer or my client has provided data for calculation of loss of use.

I am a visitor to TFF.

We process personal data in connection with administration of the Road Traffic Injuries Commission. On the Road Traffic Injuries Commission’s website there is more information about how the Commission processes personal data.
