If you were hit by an uninsured vehicle, TFF will deal with your personal injury claim.

TFF deals with your personal injury claim under the same rules as if the vehicle had been insured.

Ideally, you and the other party should fill in and sign the front page of the accident statement form immediately at the scene of the accident.
Each party then fills in the back of the accident statement form.
Be sure to always note the names and addresses of any witnesses.

You should report the injury to TFF.
