When am I entitled to compensation?
In order to receive compensation for your personal injury, you will need to be able
to prove that you were hit by an unknown vehicle. If you sought medical attention following the accident, the medical records may describe how the accident occurred. You might also have witnesses who saw the accident and can describe what happened.
