I was travelling in an uninsured vehicle

If the vehicle you were travelling in was uninsured, Trafikförsäkringsföreningen (TFF) will deal with your personal injury claim.

When am I entitled to compensation?

TFF deals with your personal injury claim under the same rules as if the vehicle had been insured.

TFF processes your personal injury claim as though you were insured.

When TFF pays compensation, the owner of the uninsured vehicle is liable to repay up to SEK 4 280 to TFF for injuries sustained during 2011.
