My property was damaged

TFF will compensate you if your property was damaged by an unknown vehicle legally required to have MTPL-insurance.

When am I entitled to compensation?

In order to receive compensation from TFF for the damage, you will need to be able to prove that the damage was caused by an unknown vehicle legally required to have MTPL-insurance and that the unknown driver was liable for the accident.

TFF will deduct an excess of SEK 2 140 from compensation for damage sustained in 2011.

In certain cases, TFF does not pay full compensation.

Claims and settlement

You should report the damage to TFF.

Damage should always be reported to the police.
